Gringo Vallarta

Four and a half years ago, owner Peter Vincer packed up and moved to Puerto Vallarta with his wife, their three kids, seven cats and three dogs. A white tiger, a few lions, some monkeys and a whole lot of fun later, that leap of faith has grown into the Gringo family of restaurants, bars and tours. We pour it all into one thing — giving locals and visitors alike the best quality, the best service, and a whole lot of care and love. Because that's what makes Vallarta home.
